Return, Exchange Policy & Shipping Policy
Some of our products are made-to-order and we inspect each item before it gets shipped as quality is very important to us.
Our product imagery is a true representation of the product so please carefully look at the photos and read the product details and dimensions and carefully select your colors of choice before placing your order. Please also ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, as once an order has been processed for shipping we are not able to update any information and are not responsible for incorrect information provided.
If you have any issues with your order, please email Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your product, and we'll be happy to assist you. In order for us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we ask that you describe the issue in detail and, if needed, provide pictures.
emotive does not provide refunds; however, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item from the one listed on your purchase order or a damaged product upon delivery, we will happily rectify the matter.

Shipping on this website is currently only available across the USA. However, if you're looking to ship internationally, we’ve found that Parcl offers an effective workaround!

These products are delicate and should be handled with care and far from reach from younger children who may damage them. Keep them in a dry place and do not submerge the products in water. A dry or slightly damp cloth can be used to clean. To keep the product in good condition use minimal handling.
